Quality stills from Video

It is almost impossible to get a high quality still from standard video that is large enough to look right good. Yes you can get an ok quality from standard video but the picture will be very small.. This is mostly when printing. for web and computers you can be the same size as the videos original image.
Another thing that needs to be taken in consideration is the still needs to be deinterlaced so it looks smooth.
